Age Restriction > Rosewood is an active community of seniors 55 and over. At least one person
must be 55 years old and all other occupants must be at least 40 years old.

Rent > All rent is due the first (1st) of each month.
We accept checks and money orders.  No cash. 
A late fee will be applied the sixth (6th) of the month. There is a fee charged for any returned check.

General Rules > Street parking is prohibited at all times.  
Parking is not permitted on your patio space.  
No parking is permitted on any part of an empty space.
Do not hang wet clothing or towels outside.  
Clothes lines are available at two locations within the park.

Swimming Pool > No life guard on duty! Swim and use our facilities at your own risk!  
Residents must accompany their guest at all times when using the pool
or any of the park recreational facilities.

Pets > No more than 2 dogs/cats (subject to park approval) per RV space.  
All animals must comply with local inoculation requirements.  Anytime a dog or cat is outside, they must be on short leash. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet's waste. Bags are provided in each common area.   Please use them!  
Pets are not allowed in any park facility, including laundry rooms.  
Please feed only your own animals. 

Guests > Guests staying in the park twenty (20) days or more must register with park management.   
Guests must be accompanied by a responsible resident at all times when using park facilities.
